Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) had launched the recruitment drive to fill the 400 posts of Engineer Trainee and Supervisor Trainee.Out of 400 posts, 250 are for Supervisor Trainees (Tech) and 150 for Engineer Trainees.

BHEL 2025 Selection Process

Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Engineer Trainee will have to appear for a Computer Based
Examination (CBE). Based on the CBE Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview round. On the other hand, candidates interested in joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainee shall have to undergo a two stage selection process and necessarily be required to clear both stages in order to be considered for the Merit List.
