JEE Main Application 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application correction window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 for session 2. Candidates who have registered for the exam and want to edit or modify their application forms can do it up till February 28, 11: 50 pm from the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The JEE Main Session 2 examination is scheduled between April 1 and April 8. The decision was taken by the NTA owing to various representations from candidates to allow them to edit the application form.
JEE Mains 2025: Steps to make edit
– Visit to the official website at JEE Mains – jeemain.nta.nic.in
– Click on the provided link for the JEE Mains 2025 application under the ‘Candidate Activity’ section.
– On the next window, log in with your application number, password, and other credentials.
– After that, the JEE Main application form will be open in the next window tab
– Make edits in the application form, Pay the required fee amount
– Click on submit and download it.

Candidates are allowed to make the following changes in their application forms:
| Existing candidates who are already registered during the period of JEE main session 1 (October 28 to November 22, 2025) and those who are also applied for session 2 (February 2 to February 25, 2025) | Candidates are allowed to modify the following: Course Medium of question paper State code of eligibility Gender Category Examination cities as per the available options Educational qualification details for class 10 and 12 Fee payment (if applicable) Note- Correction in these fields will be apply only after payment of an additional fee amount,if any |
| For new candidate, who applied for session 2 only, during the period of February 2 to February 25 | Candidates shall not be allowed to change:
Mobile number E-mail Address Address (Permanent and Present) Emergency contact details Photograph of candidate Candidate shall be allowed to change any one of the following fields: Father name or Candidate name or Mother name Candidates shall be allowed to change/add all the following fields: Educational qualification details (Class 10 and 12) State code of eligibility Date of birth Gender Category Sub category/PwD Signature Paper Story continues below this ad Candidate shall be allowed to change the following based on their permanent and present address Examination city selection Medium of the examination |
